Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • White flour 1-1/2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Butter or oil 1/4 cup
  • White sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Red food color 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Butter for frosting
  • Icing sugar for frosting

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut powder nicely in big bowl.
  3. Beat butter in other bowl, add sugar and beat more.
  4. Then add eggs, beat it, put vanilla extract and mix it nicely.
  5. Now mix butter with red color and vinegar nicely in one cup.
  6. Then divide all mixture in 12 muffin tray and bake for 18-23 minutes.
  7. Then cool it for 10 minutes, frost it nicely and serve.

Red Velvet Cupcakes is delightful dessert. It is prepared with common ingredients as of other cupcakes. Red color is added to make red velvet.
