Arabic Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Fresh milk as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 4
  • Finely chopped green onion leaves 1 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Mix maida, milk, salt and oil in bowl (tasala), knead it nicely and leave for few minutes.
  2. Now fry eggs in little oil nicely and cut into pieces.
  3. Then add oil, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, chicken cube flour, green chilies and salt in chicken mince and roast it nicely.
  4. When water dries, put coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  5. Now make balls of knead maida, spread some oil and roll like roti.
  6. Then put some mince, some tomato, all spice and powder and some green onion leaves in center.
  7. Then put egg pieces, spread wet flour on sides and close in square shape.
  8. Ready all like this.
  9. Heat oil in wok and deep fry until golden brown.
  10. Arabic paratha is ready.

Arabic Paratha is amazing dish. Chicken mince mixture and vegetables is stuffed in parathay. Shaped in square and deep fried. You can make it at home easily.
