					Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Full cream milk 2 cups
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Ghee 35 gm
- Cardamom powder 1 pinch
- Milk for knead
- Ghee for fry
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 liter
- Kewra essence few drops
- Almonds as required
- Pistachios as required
 
Method:
- Put maida, full cream milk, baking soda, cardamom powder and ghee in bowl and knead with milk.
- Now make small balls, heat ghee, fry until golden brown and take it out.
- Put sugar, water and kewra essence in pan, cook on stove and make syrup.
- Now put gulab jamun in syrup, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
