Pineapple & Bread Ka Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple slices 4
  • Bread slices 6
  • Pineapple cubes 1 tin
  • Ghee or Oil as required
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Finely chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped almonds 10
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 125 gm

Method:

  1. Cut edges of bread slices and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil or ghee in frying pan, fry bread slices until light brown and spread in serving dish.
  3. Spread condensed milk on it.
  4. Put sugar and little water in frying pan, make caramel, put pineapple cubes, fry it slightly and spread on condensed milk.
  5. Put half walnuts, raisins and almonds.
  6. Then put khoya.
  7. Then fry pineapple slices slightly and decorate on khoya.
  8. Then put remaining almonds, raisins and walnuts.
  9. Decorated with little silver paper.
  10. It is ready.

Pineapple & Bread Ka Halwa is amazing sweet dish. Bread slices is fried and spread in serving dish. Topped with condensed milk, pineapple cubes, khoya, fried pineapple, almonds and walnuts. You must try this recipe.
