Gram & Rice Flour Pakora

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 250 gm
  • Rice flour 250 gm
  • Chopped green chilies 5-6
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped spring onion 2-3
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Sliced onion 2-3
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soda bi carb 1/3 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves 2-3
  • Tomatoes 2-3

Method:

  1. Put onion, green chilies, spring onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garlic paste, turmeric powder and soda in bowl, crush with hand and mix it.
  2. Now put rice flour and gram flour, mix it, add water and make batter like pakora.
  3. Then heat oil on medium flame and deep fry pakoray.
  4. Garnish with tomatoes and salad leaves and serve.

Gram & Rice Flour Pakora is tasty dish. It is prepared with gram flour, rice flour and vegetables. Then deep fried and serve with sauce or ketchup.
