					Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
 
- Water 1 cup
 
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
 
- Oil 2 tbsp
 
- Fruit salt 2 tsp
 
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
 
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
 
- Sugar 1 tsp
 
- Salt to taste
 
For Tarka:
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
 
- Curry leaves few
 
- Green chilies chopped 3-4
 
- Oil 1 tbsp
 
For Topping:
- Water 1/4 cup
 
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
 
- Salt 1/4 tsp
 
- Lemon juice 1/2
 
- Coriander leaves crushed as required
 
- Coconut powder 2 tbsp
 
Direction:
- Mix semolina, water, cup, oil, gram flour, turmeric, sugar and salt in bowl, make paste and keep it aside for few minutes.
 
- Add 2 tsp fruit salt before steaming, put in tray or thali immediately and steam for 10 minutes or till it ready.
 
- Heat oil, add tarka ingredients and make it.
 
- Add water, sugar and lemon juice in pan and cook it.
 
- Then put this water on steam dhokla and set it for 20 minutes.
 
- Then cut into squares, garnish with coriander leaves and coconut and serve.
 
								
					  
					
					Dhokla is delicious dish. It is common vegetarian food in Gujarat, India. It is prepared with semolina, yogurt and fruit salt. Then set, garnished with coriander  leaves & coconut powder and served in square pieces.
