Nawabi Kabab Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

For Masala:

  • Onions chopped 2
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp

Direction:

  1. For kabab: Chop all ingredients in chopper.
  2. Now make kabab and fry it.
  3. For masala: Heat oil in pan, put onion and ginger garlic and fry it.
  4. Then put tomatoes, salt, red chili powder and turmeric and fry it.
  5. Now add kabab and simmer it on low flame.
  6. Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.

Nawabi Kabab Masala is tasty dish. Kabab is prepared with mince, egg & bread slices and fried. Then cooked with gravy, garnished with green chilies & coriander leaves and served.
