Chicken Makhni Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Yogurt 150 ml
  • Almonds ground 50 gm
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaves crushed 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves ground 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon ground 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Butter 75 gm
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onions sliced 2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4

Direction:

  1. Cut boneless chicken into cubes.
  2. Then put yogurt, almonds, red chili powder, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger garlic, tomatoes and salt in mixing bowl and blend it.
  3. Then put chicken in large mixing bowl, put yogurt mixture and keep it aside.
  4. Then heat butter and oil in wok.
  5. Then add onions and fry it.
  6. Then add chicken mixture and stir fry for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Then put cream and green chilies and simmer it.
  8. Then take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with naan or paratha.

Chicken Makhni is delicious and mouth-washing dish. Chicken is mixed with blended yogurt & tomato mixture. Then cooked in butter & oil. Then mixed with cream & green chilies, garnished with coriander leaves and serve with naan or paratha. You can make it at home easily.
