Keemay Ky Samosay is very popular and common snack dish in Pakistan. It is usually prepared in month of Ramadan in Pakistan.


For Wraps:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to knead

For Filling:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3
  • Oil for fry


  1. For filling: Heat oil in pan, put onion and fry it.
  2. Then put all ingredients and roast it nicely.
  3. For wraps: Mix salt and white cumin in maida and knead with water nicely.
  4. Then wrap with wet muslin cloth leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Then make small balls of dough and roll it thin.
  6. Then cut from center and keep filling in center.
  7. Then close it and seal edges with maida & water mixture.
  8. Then heat oil in pan and fry samosay until golden.
  9. Then take out in tissue paper so that it absorbs oil.
  10. Then keep in plate and serve with ketchup or sauce and tea.

Keemay Ky Samosay is prepared with mince, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves. Then filled in maida wraps and fried. Served with sauce or ketchup and tea.
