Chicken Chapati Roll Recipe

Chicken Chapati Roll is delicious snack dish. It is easy and simple recipe to make at any time.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 250 gm
  • Onions slices 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • Chapati 5
  • Oil as required

For Sauce:

  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Water 6 tsp
  • Oil as required

Direction:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and cook chicken for 15 minutes on high flame until water dries.
  4. Then heat coal until glowing.
  5. Then keep in center of chicken and drizzle 1 tsp oil.
  6. Cover it for 5 minutes.
  7. For sauce: Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  8. Then roast chapati lightly.
  9. Then remove coal from chicken and mix it nicely.
  10. Then keep little chicken in center of chapati.
  11. Then keep onion slices, spread sauce, roll it and serve.

Chicken Chapati Roll is tasty dish. Chicken is marinated with spices & ginger garlic paste and refrigerate. Then cooked with coal. Then filled in chapati with onion slices & tamarind sauce, rolled and served.
