Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Chicken Fried Rice is tasty dish. It is Chinese cuisine. You must try this rice dish.
- Rice 1 kg
- Chicken shredded 1 cup
- Green onions chopped 1 cup
- Carrots chopped 2
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Garlic juice 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cinnamon powder 1 small
- Oil 1 cup
- Soak rice in water for 20 minutes.
- Then heat oil in pot, put chicken, garlic water, soya sauce, salt and black pepper and fry it nicely.
- Then put carrots, peas and green onion and roast it nicely.
- Then put rice and roast rice until its color in brown for 10 minutes.
- Then put 6 cups water, cover it and cook until water dries.
- Then simmer it and put ajinomoto, cinnamon powder and soya sauce.
- Then take out in dish and serve.
Chicken Fried Rice is prepared with chicken, boiled rice and vegetables. Then cooked together, sprinkled with ajinomoto & cinnamon powder and simmered. Serve with raita.
