Chicken Potato Dumplings Recipe

- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Potatoes boiled & mashed 125 gm
- Cheese 1 packet
- Green chilies chopped 4-5
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Eggs beaten 2
- Corn flour for coating
- Oil for fry
- Cook chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste in pan until water of chicken dries.
- Then chop in chopper.
- Then take out in bowl, add potatoes, cheese, green chilies, coriander leaves and black pepper and mix it nicely.
- Then make small dumplings, coat with corn flour and dip in eggs.
- Then heat oil in wok and deep fry dumplings until golden brown.
- Then take out in dish and serve with ketchup.
