Chicken Paratha Roll is tasty snack dish. Make it at home and surprise your children.

Ingredients:

For Paratha:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Chicken 400 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce as required
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion as required
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. For paratha: Mix flour, salt and ghee in bowl nicely and knead dough.
  2. Then cover it with wet cloth and keep in warm place for 30 minutes.
  3. Then divide into small balls and roll it.
  4. Then fry in little oil in pan.
  5. For filling: Blend yogurt, green chilies, cumin, red chili powder and salt in blender.
  6. Then marinate chicken with garlic paste, ginger paste and yogurt mixture.
  7. Then heat oil in pan and fry marinated chicken until tender.
  8. Then spread chili garlic sauce on paratha.
  9. Then keep chicken filling and onion and fold it.
  10. Serve with chutney or sauce or ketchup.

Chicken Paratha Roll is prepared with chicken. Paratha is prepared with flour, knead, made balls, rolled and fried. Chicken is marinated with garlic paste, ginger paste and yogurt & green chilies mixture. Then fried in oil, filled in paratha with onion and folded. Serve with chutney, sauce or ketchup.
