Mixed Vegetable Pakora Recipe

Mix Vegetable Pakora is very tasty and crispy snack dish. You can also add more vegetables or ingredients. You must try this recipe at home and surprise your family.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 5
  • Spinach leaves 1/2 kg
  • Onion 5
  • Eggplant 2
  • German green chilies 10
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Cabbage 1 cup

For Batter:

  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Asafetida 1 pinch
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying

For Serving:

  • Tomato ketchup to serve
  • Green chutney to serve
  • Chili garlic sauce to serve
  • Tamarind chutney to serve

Direction:

  1. Cut potatoes, onions, eggplants in round, cauliflower into small pieces and cabbage into slices.
  2. For batter: Put gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder asafetida and carom seeds in bowl.
  3. Then mix with water nicely until thick.
  4. Then heat oil in wok.
  5. Then dip all vegetable in gram flour batter, mix it nicely and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  6. Then gently put vegetables in hot oil.
  7. Then deep fry pakoray on medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Then take it out and keep on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.
  9. Then take out in dish and serve hot with tea and tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce or green chutney or tamarind chutney or any sauce you want.

Mixed Vegetable Pakora is tasty snack dish. Cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes, onions, spinach, green chilies & eggplants are dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried. Serve with any sauce or chutney.
