Ingredients for Chelo Kabab:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Mix Spices 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Onion 3
  • Coriander As required
  • Mint As required
  • Green Chilli 6-7
  • Red Chilli To taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tsp
  • Cumins 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Egg 1

For Rice:

  • Rice 750 grams
  • Butter 200 grams
  • Chicken Cube 1

Method:

  1. Mix onion & green chilli in mince and mix in chopper.
  2. Then add salt, egg, mix spices, cumin, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli, yogurt, olive oil & coriander in it.
  3. Now make kabab of mixture,
  4. For rice: Boil rice. Then add chicken cubes in it.

Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables:

  • Carrot 250 gram
  • Capsicum 250 gram
  • Cabbage 250 gram
  • Green Peas 250 gram
  • Onion 250 gram
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Oregano As required
  • Tomato 4

Method:

  1. Cut all vegetables into square shapes. Then add chopped garlic & 1 tbsp oil and grill it.
  2. Grill whole tomato. Then add salt, chinese salt, black pepper, soya sauce & oregano, mix it and grill it nicely.
  3. Do topping of butter on rice, keep kabab and keep vegetables on side.
  4. Serve hot.
