Ingredients for Patay Ka Halwa:

  • Sweet pumpkin (Yellow) 1 kg
  • Sugar 250 gram
  • Khoya 250 gram
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Almond 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Walnut 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nut 2 tbsp
  • Silver paper for garnish

Method:

  1. Peel sweet potato, mash it and roast in hot ghee.
  2. When water dries, add sugar.
  3. Together add khoya and roast it.
  4. Take out in serving dish. Garnish with silver paper, pistachio, almond, cashew nu and walnut and serve it.

Ingredients for Pizza Balls:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Powder milk 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Cabbage 1
  • Capsicum 2
  • Eggs 4
  • Olives 10
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Method:

  1. Add egg, yeast, oil, salt, sugar and powder milk in flour and knead flour with lukewarm water.
  2. Then leave it for double. Mash cheese.
  3. For filling: Cut cabbage, capsicum and olives.
  4. Now ass salt, crushed black pepper, oregano and cheese.
  5. Make portions of flour, spread little, put filling and make bag.
  6. Dip in eggs and deep fry it. Pizza balls is ready.
