Turkish Kabab, Chocolate Biscuit Cake And Olive & Mushroom Chow Mein by Rida Aftab

Ingredients for Turkish Kabab:

  • 400 grams mutton mince
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli paste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 German chillies
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For Salad:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Put onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, chilli paste and egg in mutton mince and mix it.
  2. Now make 2 long kabab, cook it and keep in tray.
  3. Then put olive oil and put German chillies on side and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  4. Lastly, take out, put onion, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt and serve with naan.

Ingredients for Chocolate Biscuit Cake:

  • 8 ounce biscuits
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams dry fruits
  • Cheese for garnishing

For Garnishing:

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 ounce white chocolate

Method:

  1. Firstly, grease loft tin and line it.
  2. Now crush biscuits and keep aside.
  3. In one bowl, beat caster sugar and butter.
  4. Then in one pan, melt chocolate, put butter mixture and beaten egg and mix well.
  5. Now add biscuits and dry fruits, mix it, put mixture in tin and keep in refrigerator for cool.
  6. Then take out and garnish with dark and white chocolate.

Ingredients for Olive & Mushroom Chow Mein:

  • 1/2 packet boiled noodles
  • 400 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 20 loves
  • 10 tulsi leaves
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry boneless chicken.
  2. When chicken is fried, add olives and mushrooms, fry it and take out.
  3. Then in this oil, put tomatoes, red chilli powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, tomato ketchup and vinegar.
  4. Now put boiled noodles, fried chicken, mushrooms, and olives, mix it and close the stove.
  5. Olives & mushroom chow mein is ready.
