Ingredients for Roast Tomato Chilli Chicken:

  • 1 Whole chicken
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 6 german chilies
  • 1 cup tamarind juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 cup blended tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 whole coriander
  • 2 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 10 curry leaves
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Add chopped coconut, chopped cumin, whole coriander then roast it.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan add tamarind juice, tomato ketchup, chopped coconut, whole coriander, chopped red chili, turmeric, chopped garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and half cup water to make its paste.
  3. Add German chilies, put the ready paste, remaining masala on chicken.
  4. Now put the chicken into oven proof dish and put the tomatoes on side of it.
  5. Along tomatoes, green chilies, pour oil and then cover it with foil.
  6. Preheat the oven on 180 Degree C and bake it for 1 hour, remove the foil and grill it for 10 minutes.

Ingredients for Rangeen Nariyal Barfi:

  • 3 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 cups dry milk
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp green color
  • 1/2 tsp red color
  • 1/2 tsp yellow color
  • Silver paper  as required
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom

Method:

  1. Pour milk, sugar, chopped cardamom, cook it till the syrup becomes thick, when the syrup begins to thick then remove it from stove.
  2. Now add dry milk, chopped coconut, stir it with spoon, make its three pieces.
  3. Then pour water, add green color,  red color, yellow color, and mix the 3 sides of mixture.
  4. After that grease the tray, spread it, put silver paper on it,.
  5. In the end cool it and cut it into pieces.

Ingredients for Jalfrezi Pizza Pockets:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Onions  2
  • Green chilies  4
  • Yogurt  250 grams
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Spice powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin  2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped salt, chopped black pepper, mustard powder, turmeric, chopped cumin, red chili pepper, chopped garam masala keep it for a while.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add chicken cook it on medium temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. In the end put lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. Now make the pizza dough after that make pockets and fill it, then fry.
