Ingredients for Mal Pura:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Semolina 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Milk 1-2 cup
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee for frying

Ingredients for Pineapple Lassi:

  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 3 tbsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Pineapple essence 2 drops
  • Ice as required
