Ingredients for Chicken Halanaka:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies chopped 4

Ingredients for Shahi Daal:

  • Chana daal 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

For Bhagar:

  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chillies 2
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Khatai powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Carrot Pie:

For Crust:

  • Digestive biscuits 2-1/2 cups
  • Butter 1/2 cup

For Filling:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Carrots 2
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sweeten milk 1 tin
  • Eggs 2
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
