Ingredients For Bhindi Gosht:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Whole green chili 3
  • Chopped green chili 3
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Fruit Yogurt:

  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Comelle condensed milk 1 tin
  • Pineapple jelly powder 1 packet
  • Pineapple cubes  1 tin
  • Fresh cream  1 packet
  • Gelatin powder  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Bihari Pasanday:

  • Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Big cardamom 4
  • Green chilies  4
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil/ clarified butter 1/2 cup
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Black cumin  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Black chick peas 2 tbsp
  • Bihari masala 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
