Ingredients for Achari Dip:

  • Mango achar to taste
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Asafetida as required
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilli to taste

Ingredients for Chilli Milli Chutney:

  • Whole red chilli 1 cup
  • Garlic 10-12 cloves
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Stuffed Potato Kulcha:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Filling:

  • Potato 2 big
  • Cheese 200 gm
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander as required
