Ingredients For Pineapple Cashew Fried Rice:

  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Carrot  1 cup
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Capsicum  1
  • Spring onion  250 gm
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Egg  2
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Fried cashew nut  1 cup
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil add egg mix it well.
  2. Now add carrot, capsicum, pineapple, green onion, ginger garlic, soya sauce, black pepper, salt and chicken fry it for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add boiled rice and coconut milk simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. Take it out in dish put fried cashew nuts then serve.

Ingredients For Shredded Buffalo Chicken Balls:

  • Boiled chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup
  • Green coriander  2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Paprika  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Flour as required
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • Hot sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add shredded chicken, add green coriander, paprika, black pepper, flour, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and garlic powder mix it well.
  2. Now take a bowl add cream cheese and cheddar cheese mix it well.
  3. Then press it with hand.
  4. Now add cream cheese and cheddar cheese make balls.
  5. After that add egg and bread crumbs coat it well.
  6. Grease the tray and bake the balls.
