Ingredients For Gulab Jamun Delight:

  • Gulam Jamun 250 gm
  • Eggs  3
  • Milk  1 1/2 cup
  • Bread  2 slices
  • Green cardamom  1 tsp
  • Almonds and pistachio  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First crumble the bread slices.
  2. Add gulab jamun, egg, milk, chopped cardamom and bread slices in blender.
  3. After that put the mixture into oven proof dish and put almonds and pistachio sprinkle and bake it on 180 degree C bake it for 30 minutes.
  4. Then take it out from oven and cut ti into slices then serve.

Ingredients For Aflatoon Kabab With Shan Pasanday Masala:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Brown onion  3 tbsp
  • Green chili  1 tsp
  • Shan pasanda masala 1 packet
  • Egg  1
  • Gram flour  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Almonds
  • Butter paper  to wrap

Method:

  1. First add mince, fried chopped onions, chopped green chilies, roasted flour, green coriander and chopped almonds chop it well.
  2. Then take a bowl add shan pasanda masala and egg mix it.
  3. Now leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Then fold the kababs in butter paper and fold it from sides.
  5. Make the kababs and shallow fry it.
