Ingredients For Mango Yogurt:

  • Yogurt  750 gm
  • Condensed milk  1 tin
  • Mango jelly  1 packet
  • Mango cubes 2 cup
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Gelatin  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First add yogurt, condensed milk, mango jelly and cream beat it.
  2. Now add gelatin mix it well and mix it.
  3. Now add fold mangoes set it, until it becomes ready.
  4. Garnish it with mango and cream.

Ingredients For Yummy Casserole:

  • Chicken thinly sliced 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion  1
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed  1 tsp
  • Garlic crushed  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Any pasta boiled  2-3 cup
  • Tomato puree  1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese  1 cup
  • Sweet corn  1/2 cup
  • Ketchup  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour oil add chopped onions and chopped garlic for frying, until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Now add chicken stir fry it.
  3. Then add salt, chopped red chilies, mixed herbs and tomato puree.
  4. Now add boiled pasta, capsicum, sweet corn fold and mix it well.
  5. After that put the half mixture into baking tray add grated cheddar cheese spread it.
  6. Now add pasta again bake it for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Ingredients For Flying Saucer:

  • White bread 6 slices
  • Hunter beef shredded 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs mashed 1
  • Butter  4 ounce
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Coleslaw and fries  to serve

Method:

  1. Spread the butter on all sides.
  2. Now paste the shredded hunter beef on bread slices. Put the mixture of boiled eggs , after that put 3rd slice.
  3. Then give it steam by keeping it on flying saucer.
  4. Serve it with cole slaw and fries.
