Ingredients For Istoo:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Whole red chilies 15
  • Onion 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped  1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3 to 4 chopped
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cloves 8
  • Black pepper  10
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Roast Beef With Brown Sauce:

  • Undercut 1 kg
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Mustard powder  1 tsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

For Brown sauce:

  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Stock 2 cups
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Burnt sugar syrup  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Eggs Mayso:

  • Eggs 12 ( 1 bowl)
  • Ghee 1 bowl
  • Sugar 1 bowl
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Zarda powder 1/4 tsp
  • Saffron  1/4 tsp

Ingredients For Nariyal Curry Patta Chutney:

  • Fresh coconut 1 cup
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 8- 10
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  10-15
  • Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
