Ingredients For Creamy Red Beans Rice:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Red beans  1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add warm water wash and keep it in water boil it.
  2. When it is tendered then take it out water and filter it.
  3. Now add rice, salt and white vinegar boil it 2/4th and change its water.
  4. Then pour oil add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then add chicken balls, put it into pan, roast it lightly.
  6. After that add red beans, chopped black pepper, garlic sauce and salt stir fry it.
  7. Now add capsicum and rice mix it well.
  8. Add soya sauce and white vinegar simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. After that add fresh cream and mix serve it hot.

Ingredients For Butter Pepper Chicken:

  • Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1/2 packet
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Garlic cloves  3
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add chicken pieces, corn flour, soya sauce and salt keep it for 5 minutes.
  2. Now take a pan pour oil add chopped onions make it brown.
  3. Then add garlic cloves make it golden brown.
  4. After that add roasted chicken, pour water, add chopped black pepper and butter.
  5. Now add fresh cream simmer it for 5 minutes, delicious butter pepper chicken is ready.

Ingredients For Phalon Ka Raita:

  • Yogurt  4 cups
  • Bananas  1
  • Chopped apples 1
  • Orange  1
  • Green chilies 1
  • Lemons  1
  • Green coriander as required
  • Raisins  1/2 cup
  • Grapes 100 gm
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First take out the seeds of oranges.
  2. Add chopped banana, add grapes.
  3. After that take a bowl put banana, grapes, chopped apples, sugar and lemon juice mix it well.
  4. Now add yogurt, salt, chopped black pepper, salt, chopped black pepper and chopped green chilies beat it well spread the fruit pieces.
  5. After that add raisins in water for 15 minutes.
  6. Then take out water of raisins, mix it raita.
  7. Put green coriander and roasted and chopped white cumin sprinkle it.
  8. Phalon ka raita is ready.
