Ingredients For Pumpkin Halwa:

  • Sweet pumpkin 2 kg
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1-1/2 grams
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Pistachio 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Edible Silver leaf 4
  • Cardamom 6
  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Mixed melon seeds 50 grams
  • Kewra 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First grate the sweet pumpkin and pour milk cook it on low temperature.
  2. When it is dried then add sugar and ghee roast it well.
  3. Then add cardamom and pistachio.
  4. After that add chat maghaz and khoya roast it nicely.
  5. Put in tray, garnish with silver leaf and pistachio and then serve.

Ingredients For 3 Seasoned Kebabs:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Prawns 250 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Paprika  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 3
  • Egg 1
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Capsicum 2
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Cabbage  250 gm
  • Pepper / salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken mince, prawns, beef mince, onion and green chilies chop it well.
  2. Now put this mixture into bowl add salt, black pepper, oregano, tomato ketchup, ginger garlic paste and egg mix it and give it shape of kabab.
  3. Then fry the kabab.
  4. Pour oil in a frying pan add cabbage, boiled potatoes, capsicum, salt, black pepper and saute it serve it with ready kabab.
