Ingredients:

For Making Fish:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
  • Farmbai masala 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon juice 6 tbsp
  • Green coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Gram flour 4-5 tbsp
  • Samosa sheet 12-14
  • Oil for frying

For Tahini Sauce:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Tahini paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Pine nuts 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a dish, put boneless fish and vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Then wash fish nicely.
  3. Now put in dish and marinate with chili sauce, peri peri sauce, farmbai masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and gram flour.
  4. Now put samosa sheets in blender and blend it.
  5. After that, put blended mixture in a plate.
  6. Now roll marinated fish in it.
  7. Then deep fry in frying pan.
  8. For Tahini Sauce: Put all ingredients in blender and blend it.
  9. Now take out mixture in a bowl and put olive oil.
