Made these Malai chicken boti with kulchas. Very nice recipe. Kids loved it. Few changes that I made were that I give charcoal smoke before baking it in the oven on grill mode( I find that grilling makes the chicken more moist) and I didn't use fresh cream instead I used full fat greek sour cream. I was out of fresh cream and didn't feel like going to the grocery store to get it. Do try it girls I know you all gonna like it.
