Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red food color a pinch
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green coriander as required
  • Chaat masala as required

Method:

  1. First cut potatoes into round, fry it and take out.
  2. Now cut chicken boneless into small small pieces, marinate with ginger garlic paste, paprika powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili, turmeric, salt and red food color and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then put egg white and corn flour in chicken and mix with hands.
  4. After that, put in hot oil and roast on high flame.
  5. Put fry potatoes and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. In end, take out in dish, sprinkle green coriander and chaat masala.
  7. Fried chicken aloo is ready.
