Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3-4 tbsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Green Paste:

  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salad leaves 3-4

Method:

  1. For green paste: Put all ingredients and water as required in blender and make green paste.
  2. Now add ingredients and green paste except chicken in mixing bowl, mix it and make batter.
  3. Now marinate chicken pieces with batter and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Keep chicken pieces in steamer and steam for 25-30 minutes.
  5. After that, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C until color comes.
  6. In end, dish out and serve with tomato, cucumber and salad leaves.
