CRAB LOLLYPOP INGREDIENTS: Crabs hand: 6-8 Boiled potatoes: 2-3 Grated cheese: 100 gm Green chilies: 2-3 Chopped coriander: 1/2 bunch Chopped garlic: 4-5 cloves Corn flour: 1 cup Eggs: 2-3 Black pepper: 1/2 tsp White pepper: 1/2 tsp Bread crumbs: 2 cups Chinese Salt: 1/2 tsp Oil: for frying Salt: to taste METHOD:
Seperate crabs meat and wash it well. Now in a mixing bowl add potatoe, cheese, green chilies, garlic cloves, corinader, black pepper, white pepper, bread crumbs, salt and chinese salt and well a made a mixture. Now gave crabs hands shape of lollypops and dip in the mixture. Now coat corn flour and eggs on it. Deep fry and serve hot. CRAB SOUP INGREDIENTS: Crabs: 2-3 Boiled crabs meat: 1 cup Star anise: 2-3 Cinnamon: 2-3 sticks Garlic: 8-10 cloves Spring onions: 2-3 strands Carrot: 1 Black pepper: 1/2 tsp Corn flour: 2-3 tbsp Chinese Salt: as required Olive oil: 2-3 tbsp Salt: to tatse Coriander: or garnish METHOD: Clean 2-3 crabs and boiled in water by adding carrot, spring onions, star anise, cinnamon and garlic cloves. Now drain this after boiling. Cook 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add in the boiling soup, now add corn flour to thicken the material. Now add crabs meat, black pepper and salt in it and mix well. Garnish with coriander and serve. CRAB CURRY INGREDIENTS: Crab: 2-3 Chopped garlic: 1-2 tbsp Red curry paste: 1 tbsp Chicken stock: 1 cup Eggs:2-3 Spring Onions: 2-3 strands Oil: as required Salt: to taste METHOD: Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic in it, now add crabs in it and fry. Now add chicken stock and red curry paste and mix well, now add eggs in it At the end add spring onions and cook on light flame Dish out and serve.
