Chicken Manchurian by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Garlic 3 tbsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Bake parlor ketchup 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 cup
  • Bake parlor macaroni, masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salted boil water for 5-7 minutes till it remains 1/4.
  2. Now strain hot water, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Now mix flour, eggs, 1 tsp garlic and salt and make paste.
  4. Then mix chicken in this nicely and marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Now heat oil in frying pan, put one one chicken cubes and fry until golden on both sides.
  6. Then take it out and keep it aside.
  7. Then heat 5 tbsp oil in frying pan, add 2 tbsp garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  8. Now put ketchup and water and cook until boil.
  9. Then dissolve masala mix sachet in 1/2 cup water, add it and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  10. In end, put fried chicken and green chilies, remove from stove and serve hot with pasta.
