Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ice cream sticks as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put fish, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice and salt in chopper and make paste.
  2. Skew paste on ice cream sticks and give shape of ice cream.
  3. Heat oil in pan, fry sticks, take it out and keep on tissue paper so that oil dries.
  4. In end, take it out in platter and serve with salad leaves and lemon.
