Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Parathay 6-8

For Salad:

  • Onions 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For salad: Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it. Salad is ready.
  2. Wash chicken, put in bowl, put salt and mix it.
  3. Then put in wok and dry chicken water.
  4. Then put cream, red chili, black pepper, butter and oil and roast it lightly.
  5. Then keep 5 chicken pieces in center of each parathay, put some salad and make roll.
  6. Butter chicken roll is ready.
