Chicken Jalfrezi Kabab by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 500 gm
  • Jalfrezi paste 1/4 cup
  • Peas 1/3 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Small cauliflower 1/4
  • Spring onion 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Plain yogurt to serve
  • Coriander leaves to serve
  • Salad leaves to decorate

Method:

  1. Put chicken mince, jalfrezi paste, peas, coriander leaves, cauliflower, spring onion and carrot in bowl.
  2. Now add salt and black pepper.
  3. Then mix it nicely.
  4. Make mince mixture in shape of pattie.
  5. Heat oil in pan and deep fry pattie until brown and cooked.
  6. Now serve pattie with yogurt, coriander leaves and salad leaves.
