Chicken Curry Pasta by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Penne pasta 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Onion slice 1
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 4-5
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put water and salt in pot and boil it.
  2. When water boils, put pasta and 2 tbsp oil and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Then take out pasta and put in cold water immediately.
  4. When temperature of pasta is normal, take it out, put some oil and keep it aside.
  5. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion.
  6. When onion fries, add ginger garlic paste and chicken and roast it.
  7. When color chicken changes, add tomatoes and capsicum and roast it.
  8. Now add green chilies, cheese, red chilies, red chili powder, salt and pasta, add water as required and cook it.
  9. When oil comes up, sprinkle all spice powder and coriander leaves, take out in dish and serve.
