Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Peeled peas 1 bowl
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Eggs 2
  • Carrots 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Cauliflower 1/2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and mash with fork.
  2. Now cut carrots into finely.
  3. The put cauliflower, peas and carrots in frying pan, fry it slightly, grind in chopper, mix mashed potatoes, green chilies, red chilies, black pepper, cumin, mustard powder, rice flour and salt nicely and make cutlets.
  4. Then dip in eggs, coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry in frying pan.
  5. When golden brown, serve cutlets with hot chapati.

Vegetable Kabab is delicious dish. It is prepared with few vegetables. You can also add some cheese. It can be served as snack or with lunch or dinner.
