Chicken Clear Soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • White turnip cubes 1
  • Medium cauliflower 1
  • Chopped carrot 2
  • Finely chopped green onion 2
  • Stock 3 cups
  • Bean sprouts 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil few drops
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make small botiyan of 375 gm chicken, mix corn flour, sugar, 1/2 tbsp chicken cube flour and salt.
  2. Now put stock in big pot, add remaining chicken and cook on low flame.
  3. After 10 minutes, put soya sauce, vinegar, 1/2 tbsp chicken cube flour, white pepper, cauliflower, turnip and carrot and cook more for 5 minutes.
  4. It stock is less, add some hot water.
  5. Then put green onion, bean sprouts and olive oil and serve it.

Chicken Clear Soup is healthy & yummy soup. It is little bit different soup. Addition of bean sprouts is amazing.
