Fried Fish With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Egg 1

For Cheese Sauce:

  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes, wash it and marinate with black pepper, white pepper and mustard paste.
  2. Then dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  3. For cheese sauce: Melt butter in big saucepan, add flour and stir it.
  4. Then remove from stove, add milk and stir it continuously.
  5. Now add cheese, cook till cheese melts and add salt and black pepper.

Fried Fish With Cheese Sauce is delicious seafood. It is commonly eaten in winter in Pakistan. It is served in many parties with french fries.
