Roast Chicken With Rice

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 4
  • Chicken tikka masala 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves 6
  • Finely chopped spring onion leaves 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash chicken nicely and marinate with yogurt, tikka masala, vinegar, yellow color, salt, lemons and ginger garlic paste for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Then spread in frying pan and dry its water.
  3. Boil rice with salt, drain water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. When serve, heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  5. Now put rice, sesame oil, brown sugar, salt and soya sauce, stir fry it and remove it.
  6. Then fry chicken in frying pan.
  7. Now take out rice in dish, keep chicken, put spring onion leaves and serve.

Roast Chicken With Rice is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with tikka masala & yogurt and served with rice. You can serve it with naan.
