Chicken Paratha Roll

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Bihari kabab masala 1/2 packet
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp

For Paratha:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Tamarind Chutney:

  • Tamarind 250 gm
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Dry ginger powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Onion Salad:

  • Onion lachay 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with bihari masala, 1 lemon, black pepper, ginger, red chilies, papaya and salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Now heat little oil in frying pan, fry chicken, cover it and simmer it.
  3. Chicken boti is ready.
  4. For tamarind chutney: Put all ingredients in tamarind, mix it and cook it lightly.
  5. For onion salad: Soak onion in water and put onion.
  6. Then take out from water, put lemon juice and mint leaves.
  7. For paratha: Make each roti of balls.
  8. Now spread some oil and put dry flour.
  9. Then make paratha balls and roll it.
  10. Then heat tawa, cook paratha like roti and put oil with wooden spoon.
  11. Then put chicken boti and put chutney.
  12. Then put some onion and make roll.
  13. Paratha roll is ready.

Chicken Paratha Roll is tasty dish. It is common street food in Pakistan. You make it at home easily.
