Chicken Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubed 250 gm
  • Onion minced 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Roasted chana dal 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add chicken cubes, onion, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice, chana dal, all spice powder and cumin seeds in food processor.
  2. The chicken paste will bind well and form dough.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water.
  4. Using wet palms, make chicken mince balls.
  5. Insert bamboo skewers in chicken mince ball.
  6. Holding skewer with one hand, press chicken mince ball and spread chicken mince ball on skewer.
  7. Drizzle oil on kebabs.
  8. Gill kebabs om medium direct flame till brown in color from all sides, or BBQ it.
  9. Or fry in very little oil till done.
  10. Serve it with salad and spinach tomato chutney.

Chicken Kabab is tasty & delicious kabab. It is prepared in seekh kabab style skew on wooden skewers. You can grill it, BBQ it or fry it. Served with spinach tomato chutney.
