Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Large elbow pasta 1 packet
  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, green chilies and prawns and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add 1/2 cup water and cook it.
  4. When prawns tender, put elbow pasta and mix it.
  5. Then add green onion, cabbage, soya sauce, chili sauce and capsicum, mix it and close stove.

Seafood Pasta is wonderful & little bit spicy dish. It is prepared with prawns, elbow pasta and vegetables. You can some vegetables.
