Chicken Bread Pakora

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Egg whites 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Bread slices 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

To Boil Chicken:

  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Whole black pepper 4
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put black pepper and salt in chicken, boil it and shred it nicely.
  2. Cut edges of bread slices, soak it little water until soft and drain water.
  3. Then mix chicken, bread slices, red chili powder, black pepper, green chilies, corn flour, rice flour, salt and egg whites, mix it nicely and leave it for a while.
  4. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry small small pakoray of mixture.
  5. When golden brown, take it out and serve hot with ketchup.

Chicken Bread Pakora is common dish in Pakistan. It is commonly prepared in month of Ramadan in Pakistan. It is served with sauce or ketchup. It is also eaten in rainy season with tea.
