Paneer Spinach Pasta

  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Veggies:

  • Grated paneer 1/4 cup
  • Chopped spinach 1/4 cup
  • Corn, Carrot, Peas 1/4 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Mix Italian herbs 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste


  1. Boil pasta in salted water and keep it aside.
  2. Then heat olive oil in pan and fry garlic.
  3. Now add all veggies ingredients, fry until cooked and keep it aside.
  4. Heat butter in pan, add maida and mix it so that no lumps are formed.
  5. When color changes, add milk and mix it.
  6. When it boils, low flame of stove, add salt, cheese and black pepper, mix it nicely, boil for 2-3 minutes and close stove.
  7. For layering: Put boiled pasta in pyrex dish and put veggies on top.
  8. Then put white sauce and garnish with grated cheese.
  9. Now bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts and golden.

Paneer Spinach Pasta is wonderful dish. It is prepared with same method as of lasagna. Boiled pasta is topped with veggies & white sauce and garnished with cheese.
