Fish Salad

Ingredients:

For Fish:

  • Boneless fish fillet 125 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Noodles:

  • Mong beans noodles 50 gm
  • Water 3-4 cups
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Salad:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Broccoli 200 gm
  • Water 3 cups
  • Tomato slice 1
  • Black olives 50 gm

For Dressing:

  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Cucumber pickle 50 gm
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2-3
  • Chopped garlic 1-2
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For fish: Put all ingredients in microwave mixing bowl and mix it.
  2. Then cook in microwave on 100% for 4 minutes.
  3. Then take it out and grill for 3 minutes on grill option.
  4. Then take out fish, turn it and grill again for 3 minutes.
  5. For noodles: Put water in microwave mixing bowl and boil it on M 100% for 10 minutes.
  6. Now put noodles and leave for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Then take out noodles, strain it and put in cold water.
  8. When noodles cools, take it out and cool more.
  9. For dressing: Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  10. Dressing is ready.
  11. For salad: Put water and broccoli in mixing bowl and boil it on M 100% for 10 minutes.
  12. Now take it out, strain it and separate flowers.
  13. Put dressing, fish and noodles, mix it nicely and serve.

Fish Salad is yummy salad. It is prepared in different method. Fish is cooked in microwave and mixed with noodles, salad & dressing.
