Mix Vegetable Korma

Ingredients:

  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 2
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Green cardamoms 2-3
  • Carrot 1
  • Chickpeas 1/2 cup
  • Potato 1
  • Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Put ginger, garlic, coconut, almonds and tara garam masala in grinder, grind it, add yogurt and grind more.
  2. Then peel vegetables.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry onion golden brown.
  4. Now add tomato, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon, cloves and green cardamom, stir fry it, add grinded masalay and stir fry more on low flame.
  5. Now add vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  6. Then add 1-1/2 cup water and saute on low flame.
  7. When vegetables are cooked, take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Mix Vegetable Korma is delicious dish. It is prepared with vegetables and chickpeas. Serve with puri, paratha or naan.
