Baked Finger Fish

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 500 gm
  • Egg whites 2
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/3 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds powder 1/3 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients except fish in bowl, mix it nicely and make batter.
  2. Now cut fish into finger fish and marinate with batter for 30 minutes.
  3. Then grease oven tray with oil and set fish finger.
  4. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C, take it out and serve with sauce.

Baked Finger Fish is delicious dish. Fish is marinated with egg whites batter and baked. Serve with sauce and french fries.
